? Delivery Areas & Time

? Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24-48 hours (subject to availability).
? Outside Dhaka: Currently, we do not offer delivery outside Dhaka. However, we are working on expanding our service areas.

? Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. The exact cost will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
• Special delivery offers may be available during promotions.

? Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 6 PM will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following day.
• For bulk or customized orders, additional processing time may be required.

? Delivery Guidelines

• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the recipient being unreachable, a reattempt may require additional charges.

? Returns & Cancellations

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 6 hours of delivery for a resolution.
• Food items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
